The price includes:
- Accomodation in the house.
- The use of all the services and comforts.
- The use of the swimming pool and the outside furniture.
- The use of the outdoor area(the shed, the garden, the parking ground , the private wood)
- Tennis Table (You must bring your own rackets)
- Fireplace/barbecue.
- The use of the kitchen and all the domestic appliances.
- Sheets , towels and other household linen.
- Washing machine.
- Electric light and water.
- Central heating and fireplace or barbecue in winter.
- The use of TV and table games.
- Animals are allowed.
- You can book some of the activities
The price doesn´t include:
- Cleaning service during your stay.
- Excursions or activities out of the house.
Conditions:
- Accomodation and the use of the installations is not allowed for a higher number of people than the one agreed beforehand.
- VAT is included in the price.
