The price includes:

• Accomodation in the house.
• The use of all the services and comforts.
• The use of the swimming pool and the outside furniture.
• The use of the outdoor area(the shed, the garden, the parking ground , the private wood)
• Tennis Table (You must bring your own rackets)
• Fireplace/barbecue.
• The use of the kitchen and all the domestic appliances.
• Sheets , towels and other household linen.
• Washing machine.
• Electric light and water.
• Central heating and fireplace or barbecue in winter.
• The use of TV and table games.
• Animals are allowed.
• You can book some of the activities

The price Doesn't include:

• Cleaning service during your stay.
• Excursions or activities out of the house.

Conditions:

• Accomodation and the use of the installations is not allowed for a higher number of people than the one agreed beforehand.
• VAT is included in the price.
